Whether former president Donald Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris is elected as the United States’ 47th president, at the top of the winner’s agenda must be prioritizing American workers. Is NeverBackDown.ORG's Ken Cuccinelli in the running to lead USCIS.GOV? If not, who is?
Will John Cornyn (or John Thune (or Rick Scott's) Senate.GOV consent?
Does Trump's confirm-able pick for USCIS.GOV favor converting the Cheap Labor Lobby's H-1B scab worker import quota lottery to a wage ordered queue?
Will Trump nominate Tom Holman to lead ICE.GOV? And will Republican.Senate.GOV consent?
Does Trump's confirm-able pick for ICE.GOV favor ending OPT and tightening CPT?

Lots of good questions. I would say that Cuccinelli and and Homan have to be in the running, and should be willing to end OPT and CPT.
Trump got a lot of push back on staple green card idea and with good reason. Terrible idea
A lot depends on how big Trump's Senate majority is
