Daniel Pipes is still around. His father and mine were experts on the Soviet Union. Good family, the Pipes.

And despite being a left wing Dem, or maybe because of that, I agree with you about Schumer.

Hi David: Thank you for writing and for your support of my non-support of Schumer. I wrote about him today. Anxious for your feed back. Good wishes, Joe

Kudos to you for remembering your mom's admonition to not speak ill of the dead and instead using the Simpson Crapweasel's death to highlight Chuck Schumer's perfidy.

Schumer comes across to me as (Politically) Dead Man Walking in his recent media appearances hawking his new book.

Demographic transformation isn't working out for his ethnic or our nation. ISTR attending a Daniel Pipes event 20 years ago with an Israeli demographer who tracked American trends and predicting exactly what Schumer is now noticing.

BTW recall this epic fail in riding the Mohammedan tiger should not be memory holed:

<URL:https://cis.org/Report/911-Staff-Report-Terrorist-Travel#9>

"Mohammed Salameh attempted to use SAW to acquire residency. Although he failed to acquire LPR status as he sought, filing under the law enabled him to stay legally in the United States. 9/11 and Terrorist Travel: A Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (Franklin, Tenn.: Hillsboro Press, 2004), at pp. 193-194. Brothers Mahmud and Mohammed Abouhalima both acquired residency under SAW, Id. at pp. 194-195 and p. 190. Fares Khallafalla married a U.S. citizen and received LPR status under SAW, Id. at 53, 199."

Probably a good idea of GOP to stay away from religious-leaning candidates for Congress. They invariably bring an ingrained but wrongly sympathetic attitude toward illegal immigration, refugees, etc.

How Lankford scored a B- at NUSA is a mystery. Co-sponsoring a Democrat-led amnesty should be an automatic F. Maybe NUSA needs to revise its grading scale.

Like Joe, I grew up hearing from adults that we shouldn't bum rap the dead. Whose idea was that? Are we to look away at the Hitlers, Stalins, Idi Amins, Hamas, et al? Simpson swore to defend the rule of law and our sovereignty, but he did just the opposite. Why should I speak kindly of him now? I've always tried to adhere to the adage that there's more to a person than the worst thing he/she has done, but somewhere you have to draw the line because you must appreciate that more than 1 million Americans in uniform have died defending what Simpson obviously cared so little about.

Goofy fundraising pitch for Kevin Lynn and IFSPP.ORG: psychological profiles on deceased turncoats like Simpson (NumbersUSA cumulative GPA, C). Hire academics to read their memoirs and papers, interview staffers and contemporaries, and review their wills and estates. Once gathered, identify common traits which then become threat indicators. Do they correlate with current turncoats such as Jim Lankford (NumbersUSA cumulative GPA, B-)?

Can the indicators be used to inform voters? Can they be used to prevent Donald Trump from again endorsing the likes of JamesLankford.COM?

Great point, Dave. IMO, Simpson was one of the first, if not the first, RINO with so many left to follow---GWB, Mitch Mc,. , McCain, etc
